We invite you to help support the health and well-being of the cats in our extensive collection at the CFA Foundation's Feline Historical Museum in Alliance, Ohio.
Our cats need some love and attention, and someone to take good care of them. We can easily handle the "love", "attention" and "care" portion of the requirements, but we need help with the storage costs for our collection.
While our cats are on display in the museum, they are housed in beautiful glass-enclosed display cases for the public to enjoy. Those not on display need to be preserved in acid-free tissue paper and containers to adequately store them in a manner that is considered appropriate housing for a cat that may be, in many cases, over 100 years old.
This, of course, takes a considerable amount of money and it can be quite an annual expense to use the proper and correct storage materials.
So, we've put our cat figurines up for adoption!

A tax deductible "adoption fee" will aid the Adopt a Cat program and will help us to preserve our collection for generations to come. With over 500 cats in the collection, there are many cats for you to choose from. We've started out with a group of 65 cats that you can select from - pick your favorite color, coat length, body type or head type, and help us give it the loving care it deserves.
Browse our slideshow of available cats and make a note of the number for the cat you would like to adopt -- and then use the PayPal form below to select an adoption fee and complete the adoption process.
Al donations will be accepted with our grateful thanks. The names of adopters will be placed on our web site beside your adopted cat, and we will acknowledge new adopters in our monthly newsletter. Note: Cats can have more than one adopter. Adoptions can be anonymous, if you so choose.
